Register for the PA Civics Educator Forum on Sept. 27

Teachers, we hope you are enjoying your summer!

We at C70 and PA Civics understand that educators often have limited or no access to innovative teaching methods, experiential learning activities, and content-specific training that fosters informed, engaged citizens.

To help address this serious problem, the inaugural PA Civics Educator Forum will be hosted at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia on September 27th. We will convene K-12 teachers and administrators for a single-day conference of high quality professional development on PDE's three pillars of a quality civic education: knowledge, skills, and action.

Attendance will be free for educators; teachers will leave with evidence-based resources and instruction strategies they can easily implement in their classroom. Further, all teachers will receive Act 48 credit. Register today to reserve your place.

PA Civics is planning additional forums in western and central Pennsylvania for the Spring 2025 semester. Our regional model will allow teachers to network with nearby colleagues to share best practices and ideas.

Please reply if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you there!
