Manufacturing & procurement duties: Responsible for multiple manufacturing sites. Manufacturing and Logistics responsibility for 8 different production lines. Preparing the plant to grow by determining processes capacities & capabilities, implement projects for Lean, Process KPI’s, VCP & LCP to improve cycling and waste reduction metrics. Responsible of Supply Chain to procure 12K SKU’s and maintain levels of inventory for production to meet customer demand. Co-responsible for business profitability by using Strategic planning (SIOP) and budget generation. Responsible for a team of 5 Managers, 10 salary & +90 hourly employees
