The end of the year is coming quickly, and I have a few candidates who are looking to start new careers in 2025

Outside Sales in Grand Rapids Mi area with experience working with the commercial and residential construction market. Experience of 5 years in the market. Salary range depends on earning potential but $85-110,000 base.

Product Manager who understands Wire, Cable, and Conduit. He is based in Minneapolis and is open to Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product Management roles with distribution channel or a manufacturer. Salary $125-145,000 base

Quality Manager in South Carolina who is looking for a Root Cause auditing quality role. He has managed medical component production and wire & cable production. Managed a staff of 4 Quality Engineers, 1 Production supervisor, and a Lab supervisor. Salary range $130-140,000 base.

Regional Sales Manager in Texas that is based in the Houston, TX market. He has been collaborating with semi-conductors, bulk handling facilities, furniture, engineering design firms, integrator, maintenance personnel, and machinery/robotic manufacturers. Salary range- $120-130,000 base + bonus.
