Egret Consulting enjoyed a record 2021. We had more placements with more clients than at any time in our 21-year history. We’ve seen a significant increase in critical hiring needs from our clients and we’ve been successful in identifying, attracting, and placing the industry’s top talent to fill those needs. We’ve seen the interview process move much more quickly, with many interviews now occurring via video conference. More clients are becoming receptive to a remote work team and have adapted accordingly. Companies continued to grow their market share, explore new market verticals, expand their sales channels, and focus on new branding strategies. There has been a large focus on new product introduction, and we’ve seen an increase in market share growth via acquisition. We continued to see an increase in clients top grading their VP and C suite teams to reevaluate and implement new growth objectives.
