Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, we have had a very successful Ramadan at MAPS this year. May Allah accept from us all. With Ramadan coming to an end, we are excited to announce that Eid ul Fitr will be this Friday, April 21st.

Please note that there will be only one Friday prayer in Redmond, Seattle and Snohomish this week. For those who have prayed Eid in congregation, Friday prayer is optional.

We will be having an Eid celebration in the MAPS Redmond parking lot from 7 am - 1 pm where you can come shop, eat and enjoy!

There will be a photo booth stand, free Eid balloons and a face painting artist!

Food vendors include:

• Corn Dogs
• Zaytuna Catering
• Cotton Candy and Boba
• Cloud Food Court
• Tunisian Sweets
• And More!

Parking is available at the following neighborhood locations:

• Google
• Marymoor Park
• Street parking wherever available
• Microsoft employees may park in the Microsoft lot across the street.
• Parking at Marymoor Park is at the far lot by Marymoor Baseball Field 6. Shuttles are available to and from the Marymoor Park lot.
• There is no parking in Church lots.
• Parking at MAPS is restricted for Valet and Handicap only.

MAPS is not liable for cars that are towed due to illegal or incorrect parking.

As part of the MUHSEN (Muslims Understanding and Helping Special Education Needs) Certification, MAPS is working towards being more inclusive and is offering babysitting/respite care during Eid Salah for the first time. 

We are looking for individuals (aged 18+) who can assist us with MUHSEN respite care/babysitting during Eid Prayers at MAPS Redmond. Each individual will babysit one child during the entire duration of one of the Eid prayers in an allocated room at MAPS Redmond. You may choose to help with one or more Salawat. 

Training and compensation will be provided.

Don’t forget to fulfill your Zakat obligations. Zakat ul Fitr is $15 per person.

3. Pay via Kiosks in the Masjid hallways
4. Pay in person via collection boxes
