Introducing Our Interim
The Vestry has chosen to call an Interim Rector to lead us while a Search Committee is formed. Please welcome The Rev. Bill Queen, who will join us as of September 1. Bill has most recently served as interim at St. Paul's and has more than 25 years of ministry experience. Bill and his wife Lynn Ellen live in Church Hill.
A typical search process for a new Rector takes 12-16 months. Bill will assist us as Interim Rector as we remain focused on our mission to be an inclusive, spirited and Christ-centered urban church that transforms lives. Welcome, Rev. Bill!

A letter from Sarah Price about her launch into new ministry
Dear GHTC Family:  You have supported me as seminarian, as deacon and throughout my ordination process to the priesthood. Now, my priestly call is taking on new forms. You can read all the details in my letter , and I welcome the opportunity to talk with you personally about these new beginnings which are unfolding in my life of ministry. I am grateful for all the prayers, support and encouragement that have surrounded me during the past three years of learning and serving with you here at Grace and Holy Trinity. My love and prayers are with you, always.

Feed My Rams: Lunches Begin Aug. 21
We continue to support our neighbors at Virginia Commonwealth University by feeding college students during our Wednesday SeRVAnt lunch. The menu planning is done; all you need to do is supply vegan/vegetarian entrees, sides, dessert and drinks for 5-10 students. For more information contact The Rev. Kim Reinholz. Food can be dropped off on Sunday or delivered on Wednesday; you can also donate the cost of food and we will purchase items for you. We like to feed people so thank you for your support of Episcopal Campus Ministry at VCU.
