Ekklesia's Community House Churches
A Place to Connect
Every week Ekklesia people come together to share a meal, pray with one another and share life together in smaller intimate home gatherings. The larger gathering on Sunday is our time for all the house churches and Ekklesia friends to gather as one larger group. We share experiences of our week, share a cup of coffee, sing songs of praise to Jesus and sometimes go out as a group to serve people in our community. The smaller midweek house churches offer an opportunity for people to share their individual needs and pray for one another in a personal way. We also encourage the house churches to have a regular rhythm of eating together, study the Bible together, play together and often go out and do service projects together. They basically live life together as often as they can connect each week. House churches are a good way for new people who are seeking to know more about Jesus to connect with a new church! Ekklesia, presently, has house churches meeting on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings.
