Tiny Houses for the Homeless
Opportunity Village construction in 2013, Eugene, OR
Today a group of community leaders and four Ekklesia members met with Kitsap County Commissioner Garrido, County planning personnel and with Mrs. Caudill (the property owner) to continue our work toward the development of a Tiny House village for the homeless in our area. Ekklesia has ordered a land appraisal that will enable future negotiations for the use and purchase of the property. Please continue to pray for this project that God will lead us to serve the poor in our county.
Father's Day Gathering- Women Sharing
Ekklesia women will lead our Father's Day gathering next week on June 19th. It will be a day of special words spoken by our women to our men about the importance of men in their lives! What a blessing it will be to hear their thoughts and encouragement! There will also be a breakfast brunch that day provided by the women. What a great day it will be!

We are so blessed to be working on this mission called Ekklesia! We work in people's yards, pack food at the food bank and dream with county administrators about building tiny house villages for the homeless! It is such a good time to be participating in Jesus' Kingdom. Thank you to all our friends and supporters who have faithfully provided financial support and prayers for us. God is making some amazing things happen!
