4th/5th Grade Father-Daughter Dance
"El Brilla Para Los Animalitos" THIS Friday, 6/16, 6:30-8:30pm, Puesta del Sol Gym

Hey dads of 4th and 5th grade girls currently at Puesta del Sol! Take advantage of this opportunity to have your daughter all to yourself for an evening while you still can! Take her to Puesta del Sol's 4th annual father-daughter dance. "El Sol Brilla Para Los Animalitos" (The Sun Shines for the Little Animals) is an event to benefit the stray and unwanted animals of Seattle Humane Society. All you have to do is bring a donation of cat or dog food and/or your old cell phones. This is a wonderful way to create a special memory for you and your daughter and to help support local animals in need.

**Volunteers are welcome to help out before, during, or after the dance. Please contact Sr. Mattson if interested: mattsonk@bsd405.org

SOS Program Needs More Volunteers
We are in need of help to continue the SOS program in 2017-18

The Spanish Outside School (SOS) Program was piloted this year with great success.  Kids in 3 rd-5 th grades speak 100% in Spanish during their time engaging in the SOS program and have fun doing it! An overview of the program can be found in this  SOS Youtube Clip.

To continue this program in 2017-18 the ISA committee needs volunteers to help organize and chaperone the sessions.  You child is automatically included if you are there!

Please contact Tena Hanson at isa@puestadelsolpta.org to learn more.

LUNCH ACCOUNTS
Reminder
The end of the year is fast approaching! Please make sure your child has funds for lunch. Payments can be made online at paypams.com or you can send cash/check (made payable to BSD) to the school office.
Thank you!
