INGREDIENTS
- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25-ounce)
- 1 box instant lemon pudding mix (3.4-ounce)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 4 large eggs
GLAZE
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbs. orange juice
Preheat the oven to 325°F Grease and flour a 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan.
Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, vegetable oil, orange juice, and eggs. Mix for about 2 minutes. Pour cake mix into the prepared bundt pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan while you make the glaze.
Invert the cake onto a serving platter. Combine the powdered sugar and orange juice. Drizzle glaze across top of cake. Let glaze set before serving.
