Open Enrollment is here!
Employees can now complete Open Enrollment for the 2024 calendar year in their myOCPortal.

Who Needs to Enroll:
  • Employees changing their benefits.
  • Employees changing their covered dependents.
  • Employees who want any Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or who are re-enrolling in an FSA for 2024.
  • Employees who want to open or continue their Health Savings Account (HSA) and are enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan.

NOTE: if you complete enrollment and need to submit supporting documentation, the deadline is October 28, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Failure to submit required documentation will result in applicable coverage being voided.

If no action is taken, current 2023 Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability elections will roll over to 2024. 
Attend Benefits Presentations
Open Enrollment Webinars will be held remotely and in person this year. Sessions will include representatives from Human Resources Benefits team and our network providers. Remote sessions will be recorded and available for replay.

The new Cigna Easy Choice Tool is an easy-to-install, easy-to-use decision support tool designed to do one thing: Help you choose the Cigna medical plan that’s right for you.
 
Start by answering a few simple questions about:
·   You, your family
·   Your healthcare needs, and
·   Any specific providers that you’d like to ensure are included in-network.
 
After answering you will receive a customized side-by-side comparison of which medical plan is best fitted for you based on the details you provide.
