Don't forget! Starting November 2, caregivers must use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for each shift. EVV is not replacing paper timesheets or time submissions on the web portal, MyDirectCare.com. EVV is in addition to your normal time submission.
All time submissions for the following service codes must have a matching EVV record: S5125, S5126, T1019, and T1020. (This includes services codes with modifiers. i.e. S5125U5, S5125UA, etc.)
Note: Live-in workers are exempt from using EVV.
Caregivers, keep an eye out for a welcome email from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) with your unique state-issued ID number. You will need this ID number to register for the EVV system.
To further assist you, we've built an
EVV Resources page on our website. Check back frequently as we will be updating this page often. You can find detailed training materials, helpful links, past EVV communications, and more on the
EVV Resources page.
