Dear Parents,

Our students have excitedly participated in this week's practice Spell-Off and have done a fabulous job!  Today, they took their Spell-A-Thon test and those with 100% will receive a Free Dress Pass.  All who have garnered sponsors will be given the amount of words spelled correctly so they will be able to collect their pledges.  Please do not turn money in until all pledges have been collected.

Thank you for your support.  This is always such a successful fundraiser due to your backing.  VCES Parent and Students Rock!

Have a blessed weekend!

Falcon Referral Program

VCS is offering a tuition discount for the 2019-2020 school year - The Falcon Referral Discount!  You can earn $1000 credit towards your tuition for the 2019-2020 school year by referring a new family.

How does it work?

Refer a new family to VCS.  When the new family enrolls for the 2019-2020 school year, the referring family (that's you!) and the new family will each receive $1000 credit for the 2019 -2020 school year, towards their tuition.  You can refer up to five (5) families in one school year.  The $1000 credit is off your total tuition, not per child.

For more details or to refer a friend to visit VCS, contact Maylene Ripley, Director or Enrollment at 707-446-1776, ext. 5300.

Parent Alert!

~ Help Us to Keep our Students Safe~

While driving on campus, please be aware of the following:

  • Speed Limit is 5 miles per hour
  • Obey all traffic signs
  • Watch for VCS staff directing traffic
  • Refrain from using cell phones or playing loud music
  • Please do not leave your car unattended in carpool
  • NO PARKING in the carpool lanes or in front of the MP

Student Safety is # 1

When participating in carpool for drop off or pick up, please remember to be patient as you proceed. Cutting in and out of the line increases the possibility of accidents.

Please thank and support each carpool worker who, rain or shine, works the traffic on campus.  Your support is so needed, and maybe a Starbucks when the rain is pouring.

Helpful Hints!

Personal Electronic Devices

Elementary students are not allowed to carry cell phones while on school grounds.  If a student must bring a cell phone or other electronic device, he/she should bring the device to the elementary office upon arrival at school. The student may pick up the device before going home.

If a student is found with an electronic device while at school it will be confiscated and taken to the elementary office.  Parents may pick it up when they pick their student from school.

To view the policy in it's entirety please check the Parent/Student Handbook, pages 22 & 23.
