Loretto Academy Elementary School

All are welcome at the table!

Today, the table was made ready for students in the second, third, and fourth grades. Our students came with open hearts and open hands...they came with the glorious wonder of a child.

A child's first Communion is indeed a beautiful cause for celebration. I was blessed to witness that today.

Thank you to our Loretto Community of teachers and family for helping the children grow in the understanding of their faith as they prepared for their first Holy Communion. The preparation for this sacrament happens years before your child enters school.

Faith formation begins with understanding God's love for each of us, and that begins in the early years of a child's life.

As Fr. Ken shared with us, continue to look for God's love in our everyday lives. Use family time as a time to pray, talk and share stories about where God can be found.

Blessings!

Loretto Elementary Liturgy

We are brought together to celebrate the

many blessing that the Lord has provided for us.

Let us ask God to help us have the courage

to open our year with a spirit of joy and expectation.

Let us ask the Lord to stay close to our hearts.

Let us share our talent with others and use

the gifts that God has blessed us with to serve God

and to serve other people.

We pray that we become a family of God,

sharing, and loving one another.

Today we were blessed to come together to celebrate the liturgy as it was presented by

Ms. Perez's fourth-grade students.

Why is Pre-K important?

We currently have openings in our Pre-K 3 & Pre-K 4 classes. Please let your families and friends know about our wonderful

Pre-K program.

Loretto Elementary offers a faith-based Pre-Kindergarten program to our families. Our PK students attend mass weekly and learn early on that he or she is part of God's family. Our Pre-K teachers provide a consistent and quality education through the student's formative years.

Pre-K is vitally important to a child's development and school readiness. Any child that attends our program will have early language, literacy, and math experiences to better prepare them for academic rigor in later grades.

Attending Pre-K also helps young students to gain a sense of self-exploration, discovery, and confidence. Loretto Elementary PK 3 & 4 program offers a safe environment, a high-quality integrated curriculum, highly qualified teachers, and a fun, caring, and loving environment.

Thank You Parents for ensuring that your children are on campus prior to 8:10 a.m. each day. Instruction begins at 8:15 a.m.

Students arriving after 8:15 a.m. are marked as tardy.
