Elements of a Safety Program

Developing an occupational health and safety program is a vital step in reducing workplace incidents and building a strong safety culture. MSA Safety Consultants offer no-cost onsite support to help members create and strengthen their safety programs.

MSA offers a free online Safety Management System (SMS) course. This self-guided resource supports members in understanding and applying the essential components of a safety program. Many members who begin this process progress to achieve our provincially recognized COR certification.

MSA President Gord presents Steve with the MSA Leadership Award.

After decades of dedicated service to the industry and his role as MSA Board Secretary, Steve has officially retired. We extend our heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Steve as he begins this well-deserved next chapter.

WCB Employer Feedback

The Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) is reaching out to customers across the province to better understand their experiences and gather feedback on how services can be improved.

Some of our members may receive an email invitation to participate in a brief survey from surveysupport@wcbsask.com. The survey takes approximately five to ten minutes to complete.

MSA encourages members to take part if contacted. Your input is valuable and helps strengthen the support and services available to Saskatchewan workplaces.

Thank you for contributing to a safer and more responsive workers’ compensation system.
