A waterfront home featuring Kolbe VistaLuxe® AL

The homeowners of this breathtaking waterfront property wanted a four-season room that would allow them to enjoy unobstructed views of the water throughout the year. They wanted a space that would keep them warm during the winter months, while also opening up to warm coastal breezes in the summer. Our team at Horner Millwork was excited to offer a solution that would perfectly meet their needs. We installed two sleek and modern Kolbe VistaLuxe Aluminum units, including an accordion door that tucks away on warm summer days, and a sliding patio unit that opens and closes with ease. With the addition of Phantom Retractable Screens to both units, the homeowners can now fully enjoy their breathtaking view without being bothered by pesky bugs. It was our pleasure to work with the homeowners to make their vision a reality.
