Have you ever wished you had a mentor? Are you looking for personal or professional development in 2021? Or are you a seasoned professional who wants to give back? Our 2021 CREW Mentoring program begins March 1st and we are looking for YOU!
CREW-SA wants to help you develop your career, tackle your personal goals and excel as a leader and our mentoring program is designed to assist you.  Mentoring programs offer many benefits for both parties. 

Mentors: All you need is a desire to help other women; CREW will provide the resources to assist you.

Mentees: It does not matter where you are in your career, what your personal goals for development are, or what field you are in; you can benefit from having a mentor who provides feedback, suggestions, encouragement and resources to you.
 
The time commitment will vary but in general we suggest at least one meeting between your mentor/mentee pair per month and a few group meetings throughout the year.  There is no cost to participate, however we do ask for a serious commitment from each participant. Application links are below. Deadline to apply is January 31, 2021.
