We’re excited to share that applications are now open for the 2026 Wisconsin Women in Government (WWIG) Leadership Seminar, a signature program created to help Wisconsin women lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Hosted in partnership with the La Follette School of Public Affairs at the Universities of Wisconsin-Madison, this two-day, in-person seminar brings together women from across the state who are shaping government, influencing policy, and driving change in their communities. Whether you work directly in government or collaborate closely with it from the private sector, this program is designed to meet you where you are and elevate you to where you want to go.

Over two Fridays in March, you’ll dive into hands-on leadership training taught by La Follette School faculty and accomplished guest speakers. You’ll build new skills, explore practical tools you can use immediately in your role, and connect with a network of driven, talented women who share your commitment to public service.
