Eligibility Verification Change
270/271 eligibility verification, currently provided by Optum, will soon be transferred to Availity. Check the  Electronic Transactions  page at QualChoice.com for Availity enrollment information. Eligibility inquiries can also be made by calling Customer Service at 501.228.7111 or 1.800.235.7111. Read more .
COVID-19 Coverage Update
Amendments to QualChoice telehealth coverage and claims processing for COVID-19 testing and treatment are set to end on July 25 but are expected to be extended by 90 days, pending official notification from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). On June 29, HHS spokesperson Michael Caputo shared via social media that the agency intends to extend the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) by an additional 90 days.
QualChoice Telehealth Services
QualChoice has partnered with Teladoc to give our members easy round-the-clock access to in-network providers for non-emergency health issues. The service is expected to launch in early August. Members may soon visit QualChoice.com to learn more and set up their account or call QualChoice Customer Service for help at 1.800.235.7111.
Value-Based Care Programs Performance Data
Performance data from the 2019 QualChoice value-based care programs is being reviewed now. Bonus payments will be awarded to participating CPC+ and PCMH providers who had outstanding performances . Those providers earning bonus payments will be announced soon. Thank you to all who have partnered with us in these important programs!

We need your help in optimizing how these drugs are prescribed and used, to protect our members from harm and to combat antibiotic resistance. See the CDC’s recommendations for  appropriate antibiotic prescribing for children in an outpatient setting.
We're Moving!
In late July, our QualChoice offices will be relocated to 1001 Technology Drive in West Little Rock. We will be sharing the former AT&T building just off Chenal Parkway near the Promenade shopping center with the offices of Centene’s other Arkansas health plans, operated by Arkansas Health & Wellness
