This Sunday, join Creator and Host of WGBH's Poetry in America and Professor of English at Harvard Elisa New for a conversation about the role of poetry in Humanist community, celebration, and life.

New is the Powell M. Cabot Professor of American Literature at Harvard University where she teaches classic American literature from Anne Bradstreet through Marilynne Robinson and from the Puritans to the present day. 

This event will include poetry, music, reflections, discussion, refreshments, and more. Newcomers are always welcome! 1:30-3:00pm, 30 JFK Street. Read more here.
