Many know the news, effective January 1, 2018, a fee of $75 shall be paid at the time of recording of every real estate instrument, paper, or notice required or permitted by law. The fee imposed by this section shall not exceed $225 on certain transactions. But wait, there is more you should know to stay prepared.  Here's what you need to know.

November: Our Sales Executive Shanon Leder Jensen, volunteered at the New Americans Museum where children from all over the world were sworn in as US citizens.

December: We held a clothing and household goods drive benefiting the San Diego Rescue Mission. All items went directly to help the homeless and to people in need at their Transition Centers.
