As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we know the landscape of the insurance industry has evolved, with more women coming into the industry that now makes up over 60% of the workforce. LIMRA reports that one quarter of women who are looking to increase their life insurance coverage, search for financial advisors, or to discuss healthcare and coverage options value trustworthiness, experience, communication skills, recommendation by peers, and relatability.
