Classes focuses on strengthening the muscles used most often playing to go beyond good mechanics. Build speed, power, agility, and flexibility! Monthly strength training program includes:
- Two 1.5 hour small group classes per week
- Focus on strength & conditioning with hitting integrated
- Field work 1-2 times per month in lieu of standard class
