Realtor organizations aid in Hurricane Ian relief - South Florida Agent Magazine

by Emily Mack As Hurricane Ian rages on in North Carolina, Florida's southwest coast is reeling from the damage of the storm. Fort Myers Beach was hit particularly hard, communities and homes destroyed in the hurricane's path. But Realtors are offering solidarity for those affected.

by Liz Hughes Rising mortgage rates have led to a significant increase in the number of overvalued markets in the U.S., according to First American Financial's July Real House Price Index (RHPI) . An overvalued market is one where the median existing-home sale price exceeded house-buying power.

As record home prices eased this summer in South Florida, is the market closer to normal?

The median sale price of homes in South Florida started to soften this summer, another sign that the market is rebalancing after a year of frenzied growth.
