Quesabirria Tacos Tuesdays at Delicia Mexican Grill!

Quesabirria is a Mexican dish comprising birria-style cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of consommé for dipping. Quesabirria has been described as "a cross between a taco and a quesadilla."

Quesabirria Tacos (Birria Quesadillas) are a blend of beef birria tacos and quesadillas. Birria is a little bit of a labor of love but 100% worth it. The flavors from the dried peppers, herbs, and spices used to make the birria are so complex and make for the perfect dipping sauce, or consommé. Yes, you absolutely need to dip these tacos in the sauce, it’s what makes these quesabirria tacos shine!
