Administrative Information
Attention St Paul and Ward 5 Residents:
Resolution about former St Andrew's to be proposed at the
St. Paul DFL City Convention this Sunday, June 23!

SHSA is pushing for adoption of a resolution to the St Paul DFL platform regarding the preservation of the former St Andrews Church at the DFL city convention this Sunday. To be accepted as a resolution, there must be a 60% affirmative vote. If you are considering or planning to attend the convention, please be aware of this initiative and let others know as well. TCGIS does not support this resolution. Curious? Here is the Agenda and Guidelines for Resolutions at the Conventions.
Opportunity for Positive Community Building

St. Paul Parks and Recreation is organizing a volunteer clean-up this Saturday, June 22, at Orchard Rec Center, 875 Orchard Ave. The Orchard Rec Center is just a half mile away from TCGIS.

We encourage TCGIS families to volunteer anytime from 8 a.m.-noon.
Planned tasks include repainting benches and other outside equipment, pulling weeds, and cleaning storage closets. To add to the summer fun, the TCGIS school board will provide ice cream treats. We hope to see you there in your TCGIS shirts!

2019-20 Registration Process for Returning Students

All registration forms for returning students will be made available the first week in August. The registration process will largely entail reviewing and updating existing forms online. You'll receive an email in August when it's time to log into PowerSchool for annual registration.
2019-20 School Supply Lists Available

School supply lists are now available for 2019-2020. Click here to access the folder with supply lists by grade level. Individual supplies can be brought with your student on the first day of school; shared classroom supplies can be brought to Back-to-School night, Aug. 22.
Are these your bicycles?

These two bikes have been here since before the last day of school. If they are yours, please come retrieve them soon!

Can you help us donate these Lost & Found items?

The Lost & Found is overflowing with items that could find a second home, but have to be laundered first before any nonprofit organization will accept them. If we had 6-8 families volunteer to take one large bag home and launder it, we could make sure that these clothing items find a second home and stay out of the landfill.

Families who volunteer to launder a bag are welcome to donate to a charity of their choice, or return them to TCGIS by June 28 and we will donate them. Please email the Front Office to coordinate pick-up. VIELEN DANK!
