We are writing to let you know that ELVILLE AND ASSOCIATES, P.C. is monitoring the situation regarding Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Most important to us is the health and safety of you, our clients, and other visitors to our office, as well as our attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

Currently, our office is open during regular business hours. We are implementing policies to minimize contact and exposure. We are happy to conduct any scheduled meetings by video conference or by telephone, and we are also happy to reschedule any in-person meetings to a later date. In addition, if you have draft documents from us, we stand ready to finalize those documents and will work with you to arrange for their completion.

If you are sick, are under quarantine, have been exposed to someone who may have contracted Covid-19, we ask you to contact us to reschedule your appointment or make other arrangements for a video conference or telephone meeting. Also, if you are at a higher risk of illness from Covid-19, please consider changing in-person meetings to a video conference or telephone meeting, if possible.

The situation is changing rapidly and our firm has plans in place to be able to accommodate the possibility of reduced office hours or even closing the office. If our regular business hours do change, we will contact you as quickly as possible. Our attorneys, paralegals and staff are set up to work remotely to address your needs and avoid as much disruption as possible.

In addition, based upon the information provided by the CDC, World Health Organization, and the National Institute of Health, for the next two weeks the company that maintains the cleanliness of our office will provide an enhanced/sanitizing daily cleaning service. As a supplement to this enhanced service, we will have on hand in every conference room hand sanitizer, as well as disinfecting wipes to clean surfaces after each use and throughout the day. Our employees are following the hand-washing and hand-sanitizing guidelines.

If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us .
