Dear Reader

A blistering picture of mismanagement at the port is the headline of our report in this newsletter edition about the civil inquiry case the Prosecutor's Office has filed with the Common Court of Justice wherein one of the pertinent questions being asked is why CEO Mark Mingo is still being allowed to collect a royal salary while sitting at home doing nothing and just waiting on the outcome of his trial in June?

Politics seems to be the answer. And so the Prosectur's Office wants the court's permission to dig even deeper. They believe the cases that have to come to light thus far are just the tip of the iceberg.

The million dollar question now is: whose Titanic will be sunk when this iceberg rears its ugly head even further?

Read our series of articles on this civil inquiry case into the mismanagement and fraud at the port below in this newsletter.
