Dear Reader

In bankruptcy cases there are usually no winners. Eventhough those requesting the bankruptcy may feel some form of vindication, the chances of them or other creditors recouping their money is zero to nothing in most cases.

In the case of the Indigo Bay Development Corporation N.V. bankruptcy, the similarities in the names of the companies associated and affiliated with the Indigo Bay development projects may have created much confusion and even slight panic among certain interested parties and stakeholders, An unforeseen side effect for some of the other developers.

StMaartenNews.com has attempted to bring some clarity to the case in an interview with the principals of one of the leading development projects of residential homes in the Indigo Bay, namely Indigo Green, the developer of a series of condos and villas on the west side of the bay. This publisher came to do an interview and left wanting to move in. The condos and villas are literally that cool.

But fortunately, these properties are not part of the bankruptcy and luckily for the owners of the properties that were developed by Indigo Bay Development Corporation N.V., they in most part have title to their units already, so they do not lose their properties. Read the full story online here for a detailed explanation.

In this edition we invite you to also read our sports reports by Milton Pieters and we also introduce the Wendell Moore Journal in the video segment below.

With that, you wish a very productive week.
