Tripartite members Ministry of VSA, SZV and SMMC are quick to issue press release that financial safeguards in place for the new St. Maarten General Hospital. Meanwhile it is MP Rolando Brison investigation into construction company INSO's parent company filings for bankruptcy protection that exposes lack of proper due dilligence carried out by these same parties.
