COVID-19 Reminders
Thank you for doing a great job keeping your kids home when they are not feeling well. It is still vital that you follow all the protocols and safety measures we've talked about, especially the following:

  • Contact the school office (619) 232-3794 immediately if your child is sick, is a close contact with anyone who is COVID positive, if your child is presumed to be COVID positive or does actually test as COVID positive.
  • We are also requesting that if anyone in the home is sick, please keep all students home until it is determined the illness is not COVID by getting a negative COVID test result.

The county has made a few changes to the protocols and the updated Decision Tree is below. The main changes are; students who test negative only have to stay home for 24 hours after symptoms clear up. And if you have already had COVID, then you do not have to follow the testing/10 day protocol, just the 24 hours after symptoms clear up.

Thank you for our cooperation. If you have questions please call or email Kelly Tompkins.
