What's Going on in the housing market in Gunnison County so far in 2024???

The median price per square foot for all of Gunnison County in December was at about $659, which is the highest it has been, in over a year. Keep in mind this includes all of Crested Butte, as well as, Gunnison and all of the areas in the entire County.

There were 191 Active listings in all of Gunnison County in December. This is up a bit from last year at this time and makes it a little bit of a better market for buyers.
