From our Director of Coaching, John Hamel:

I’m happy to announce the Club is adding a new role to our leadership team: Girls’ Program Director. This role will help oversee the quality and experience of all of our girls’ teams, across age groups; guide our work around ACL injury prevention; and help recruit female players and coaches, among other directives.

I’m especially excited to share that our longtime coach, player and club parent Amanda Huppert will fill the role.

End-of-Season Awards Ceremony🏆

All Emerald City players and their families are invited and encouraged to attend the Club’s annual End-of-Season Awards Ceremony on Sunday, April 26, 6:30–8 pm, at Ballard High School’s Performing Arts Center.

This year’s featured speaker is Jamie Clark, Head Coach of University of Washington Men’s Soccer and winner of the 2025 NCAA Division 1 Championship! We’ll also celebrate the season, recognize our coaches, and honor a player from each team with the Pivotal Player Award. This award recognizes a player who made a big impact on their team — through inspiration, great sportsmanship, or an admirable work ethic. Or could it be the player with the silliest cellies? You’ll want to attend to find out.
