Our Mission
 
The mission of the Emerald Isle Neighborhood Watch Program is to raise resident and visitor awareness and sensitivity to questionable activity while in Emerald Isle. People who are alert to various security issues enhance the safety of all residents, visitors, and property. On behalf of the Police Department and people who live here or visit, we want to enlist you to serve as additional eyes and ears for our police department to enhance our mission.
