COVID-19 CRISIS
E-newsletter!
Our important work in the City of Detroit and Highland Park continues even in the midst of COVID-19. As emergency responders for the stray dogs in Detroit and Highland Park we are not able to completely shut down and stop our intake of dogs.
We are taking precautionary measures to limit our human contact, however we must press on and continue rescuing the voiceless dogs that need us the most at this time. This crisis has not only affected the health of our community, but it has placed a severe economic strain on all of us. Our monthly donations have dropped recently, however our veterinary bills have increased. In a three week period we spent $12,000.00 on medical care for our rescued dogs.
We are asking for some help at this time from our supporters who are able to make a tax deductible donation. We know that with your support we can continue operating at full capacity. If you can help, please click here at

or checks can be mailed to
Detroit Pit Crew, PO Box 3111, Center Line, MI 48015.
We are all navigating through uncharted territory with the COVID-19 crisis. Our hearts and prayers go out to everyone during this very challenging time. Please stay safe.
With Sincere Gratitude…..
