Call CAT at (503) 397-3511 to see if you qualify.

Cool Your Home with a Heat Pump

Are you thinking of upgrading your home's cooling system this summer? A heat pump might be right for you.

Ductless heat pumps and ducted central system heat pumps can both keep your home comfortable year-round.

We have rebates available for both types of systems, ranging from $500 to $1,600.

Save Money on Your Water Heating Costs

Water heating is typically one of the largest energy expenses in your home. It can account for up to 20% of your electric bill.

You can cut your hot water use and lower your electric bill by making a few small changes

You Can Help Provide Emergency Assistance

Customers needing emergency bill payment assistance during this challenging time can receive it through our GLOW Fund.

GLOW is funded through customer contributions and employee fundraisers. Call us at (503) 397-0590 to make a contribution, or make one online.

You can also make a contribution to a specific individual's account through our Gift Payment Program.
