Emergency Contact Information in Tyler SIS
Updates need to be made as soon as possible!
Dear Parents/Guardians,

Emergency contact information in Tyler SIS needs to be reviewed at the beginning of each school year. This information includes phone
numbers (home/work/cell), email addresses, and emergency contacts. This contact information will be used
  • to communicate with parents/guardians during emergency situations
  • for sharing important building/classroom information
  • for District updates

Additionally, parents/guardians can designate individuals who are permitted to pick up their student from school. This is especially important for emergency situations as students will not be released to individuals who are not listed within the Tyler SIS account. These updates cannot be made in the Tyler 360 app.

Instructions
Click here to access Tyler SIS Student 360. For instructions on how to log in, visit our website.

Once logged in to Tyler SIS Student 360, click on the "Update Household Data" tile shown below.
On the next page, click on "Edit" next to "Parent/Contact Information".
To view and edit contact information, click the plus sign (+) to the left of the contact's first name. You should now see the current contact information display for the contact selected. If needed, you can edit any of the information displayed. Once finished, click "save" on the bottom right of the screen.

Because we need proof of address, you are not able to edit addresses. To update your address, please call your building's main office.

If you forget your login information (user name or password), click on the "Forgot your login information?" link on the Tyler login page at https://portal.northallegheny.org/TSI_Live_360.
