Emergency Readiness Program
Resident Data Collection is Underway
A message from your neighbors...

Each year, a group of proactive River Landing residents takes on the task of preparing a community-driven response plan in the event of an emergency. The Emergency Readiness Program (ERP) is designed to plan, implement, and help facilitate preparedness, providing a neighbor-to-neighbor supplement to official programs and services. The primary goal of the group is to offer a central point of contact for communication between all residents should an emergency happen.

A vital component of the ERP is the Neighborhood Coordinator. Each Coordinator is responsible for approximately 12 to 15 resident families. These key volunteers act as your point of contact with the ERP committee. To help with this process, we are asking a member of each household to complete a data collection form.
Village Coordinators will be contacting members of each River Landing household to introduce themselves and make sure everyone has had the opportunity to complete the online data collection form. Please let your Village Coordinator know of any vacation plans during the hurricane season so they will know how to contact you.

On behalf of your neighbors who have taken the lead on this project, thank you for your cooperation and participation in this valuable service.

Sincerely,

Paul Izzo, ERP Team Lead
