Our two-day Paterson Job Evaluation workshop is typically attended by those that require a practical understanding of the application of the Paterson method. Approximately 75% of organisations utilise Paterson as their primary Job Evaluation methodology. The objective of the workshop is to ensure that delegates can grade roles successfully and consistently.
