The ELG Alumni Advisory Board was created to identify and prioritize the needs of the ELG community; develop a pipeline of future emerging leaders; and bring additional structure and strategy to its efforts.
“The Emerging Leaders program has grown in interest and stature in more ways than we could ever have imagined,” says Michael Soll, president of The Innovation Group. “When it was created, we knew there was a need, but we were surprised by the appetite. The creation of the ELG Alumni Advisory Board represents the next step in the program’s evolution. We’re excited and honored to have such an impressive, diverse, engaged group of leaders informing our next chapter.”
The Board already has met to discuss evolving the program’s communication strategy -- including content creation, creating an alumni directory for individual networking and business development, reinvigorating ELG offerings at Global Gaming Expo, and opportunities to broaden the nomination pool for ELG’s marquee program, the ELG 40 Under 40, a partnership with Global Gaming Business magazine.
