Read the definition above BUT think Emotional Flexibility . It is critical for adult family members to remain flexible with everyone and especially yourself! (Don’t expect kids, teens & even college kids to be able to do this)These bullet points would make for a good mantra, and worthy of putting them each on Post-It notes on your mirrors and cabinets!

Whole family getting stuck? Fall back on Acts of Kindness. When any individual of ANY age feels we are making a difference – even a smile – the brain relaxes and feels good. So a family could all sit down & make cards for an elderly neighbor and walk those to the neighbor’s mailbox or mail an envelope of cards to grandparents!

Getting stuck? Please feel free to call one of our staff – contact info is at the bottom of this email. We would love to hear from you!
