Emotional Cleanse
Meditation is an effective strategy for emotional cleansing. Each type of meditation has its purpose. For instance, concentrating on a flame fosters greater concentration. Contemplating on peace brings a state of peace. However, it is mantra meditation that supports emotional cleansing. It uses the mantra’s sound and energy to break down constructions of the mind.
Stresses released in meditation are the old emotional patterns that have broken up from being touched by the vibration of the mantra. To release emotional toxins, set aside time to meditate. One thing that has helped me be consistent is a change in language from “I’ve got to meditate for 20 minutes” to “I get to meditate for 20 minutes.” I feel a sense of gratitude for meditation rather than seeing it as an obligation.
