Saturday 10/10 • Parent - Child Play Day
5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Coach Jason Speirs will lead activities and fun games for both parents and children to partner up and participate with each other. Kids ages 5-8 can register with their parents.Joining this event is a great way for both the parents and children to bond with each other and help grow and develop their love of tennis. If you've taken a break over the summer for tennis or would love an opportunity to get on the courts in a fun and structured play date with your child, this is the perfect event to get your kid back in the swing of things! Saturday 10/10 • TRIPLES CARDIO TOURNAMENT
5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
We are very excited to announce a new event for this fall! Our cardio classes have been fun filled and our players have been playing a cardio favorite game called triples. Triples has three players on a court (one up at net and two at the baseline). After every point players rotate counter clockwise. There is strategy, movement, teamwork, cooperation and most importantly fun! We are allowing up to six teams to join this event. Teams must be formed and have a minimum of 3 players and a maximum of 4 players per team to join us. You don't need previous experience playing triples, but you do need to be an intermediate level player or higher to join. Teams will compete in a round robin facing off against each other. The top two teams will face off in playoffs. To register for this event, please email frank@empiretennisacademy.com and specify the players who will be on your team. The cost to register is $20 per/person (Minimum of 3 maximum of 4 per team).
Monday 10/12 • Indigenous People's Day Camp

Empire Tennis Academy is hosting a special IDP Day Camp on Monday 10/13. Camp will run from from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Our camp will have students working on coordination, movement, technique, playing cooperative/competitive games, as well as learning how to demonstrate sportsmanship, all while having a tremendous amount of fun. These camps are a great way to get extra repetitions in as well as play a tremendous amount of points while having fun on a day off from school. The cost to register is $63. Camp registration is available for all Red Ball Level Players (Entry, Intermediate and Advanced). Camp is also available for Orange Intermediate and Advanced Players, as well as Green Intermediate Players. Orange Entry and Green Entry players are not eligible to register. Our Annual Fall Doubles Invitational will be held on Monday 10/12. Doubles teams will play a total of 3 Verified UTR Matches. To register, click on the link above.There are only spaces for 8 total teams to register. Players must register with a partner. Click on the link above to register on UTR.
Saturday 10/24 • 10th Annual Girls H.S. Doubles Invitational 3 in 3

Empire is excited to invite all girls in our program who played on their JV or Varsity school team this past season to participate in our 10th Annual Girls H.S. Doubles Invitational on Saturday, October 24th from 5:00 -8:00 pm. Each player will invite one of their teammates to come and play with them. If you played doubles throughout the season, you are encouraged to bring your partner to the Invitational, but anyone from your high school team is also accepted.
