How to Enroll

EASE Portal

OPEN ENROLLMENT DETAILS

VERY IMPORTANT

  • This is a passive open enrollment, which means that if you take no action, your current benefits selections and dependent coverage will roll over into the upcoming plan year, effective October 1, 2025.
  • Classified employees must complete an online enrollment to participate in dental or group life.
  • Eligible employees who waived coverage for the current plan year (2024/2025) must complete a new waiver with proof of coverage in the EASE portal for the upcoming 2025/2026 plan year.
  • Waivers do not automatically roll over into the upcoming plan year.  
  • This is the only Open Enrollment period for the 2025/2026 health benefits plan yearFollowing the conclusion of Open Enrollment on September 22, 2025, you may only make changes to your medical, dental, or vision benefits if you experience a qualifying event (e.g. birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, etc.).

Eligible classified employees completed Open Enrollment for Medical and Vision earlier this year (Teamsters/Northwest Administrators).


Those who wish to enroll or change their Dental or Group Life must complete their online enrollment through the EASE portal by September 22, 2025.

Open Enrollment for Voluntary Benefits and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) will take place later this year for all employees.
