Spring Time Growth Spurt for HGC Group
|

The HGC Group of Companies is currently undergoing a truly amazing growth spurt. By providing exceptional quality and service over the years and by delivering an outstanding product, clients are lining up to work with HGC, SSRG and Stanton.
Because of this we’re struggling to keep up with the demand and are working diligently to find the next generation of skilled craftspeople. To keep building a strong infrastructure for the future, we need high quality people who can provide the construction services our clients have come to expect. Our greatest resource is each other - our greatest recruitment tool is one another.

FREE Yoga with Kathleen on Wednesdays, January 11th - March 8th from 4:30 - 5:30 PM. Classes will be held in the Armory Training Room.
Please bring your own mat and water bottle! This class is for all skill levels!

Open Positions & Referral Program
|
|
We have a number of open positions available within the HGC Group. Please keep in mind our employee referral bonus program:
- Office Staff and Skilled Field Staff Referral Bonus = $2,000 with the first installment at the new hire’s 90 day mark and the second installment at the 6 month mark. This has been doubled for skilled field employees and the time frame has been extended.
- Laborers and Field Staff = $1,000 with the first installment at the new hire’s 90 day mark and the second installment at the 6 month mark. This has remained the same except for the extended time frame.
Current field positions: Bricklayer/Mason, Commercial Carpenter, Concrete Specialist, Foreman, Superintendent, Cabinet Maker
Current office positions: Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Data Analyst, Assistant Controller
