Sun Tire, distributes 40-50% of its profits to their employees. New employees are eligible to receive a portion of these profits after only 30 days on the job. Given these types of incentives, employees who service vehicles, like changing tires, can make $50,000 per year and store managers can make over $140,000. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, they now have 11 locations in northern Florida.
