Igniting the Patient Experience

The graph below contains results from a recent patient feedback survey (completed March 1, 2023) and shows a patient satisfaction score of 91.9%, the highest mark recorded in the past 2.5 years ‼️ This score is a testament to all of you and the teamwork, compassion, and professionalism you bring to your roles. Recent OAHS/NMC Patient Feedback:

Hi. I am actually from the cities, and I go to the doctor in Ortonville now. I just love it. It’s clean. The people are kind and knowledgeable, and I just really appreciate the way I’m treated there. You're not rushed like you are here, you can get in, you can get an appointment, the quality of care is wonderful. So thank you. And I'm glad that you asked me that because I was going to write a letter. So thank you and Beth and Jody the nurse were wonderful. And I'm very thankful.

From the Foundation Office

Hello friends of the Foundation,

I wanted to reach out and ask you to consider making a donation to the Foundation's upcoming Gala Silent Auction. In 2022, the Silent Auction raised over $3,500! This makes a significant impact to the work of the Foundation each year in the community, as you can see by the chart below.

If you would like me or a committee member to come by to visit with you more on what a Silent Auction item could look like, please let me know. My cell number is 320-297-0904 & I am available anytime! All donations are a tax-deductible gift to a 501c(3) and giving statements are mailed out in January of each year.

Lastly, becuase I know how important community partnership is - the Gala committee and myself do our very best to recognize your donations in print, social media and any other opportunity we have. Your donation is not something we take for granted.

You will find the Silent Auction donation form here by using the button below - thank you for considering a donation to quality healthcare in the Big Stone Lake Area.
