Employee Newsletter October, 2020
CEO CORNER
Dear Team,
Welcome to "Staying Connected," our new monthly employee newsletter. Our goal is to provide excellence in every area of our company, including keeping our team connected, informed, and inspired as we grow.

We hope you will join us in creating a unified company vision. This newsletter is one of the sources through which I will share our cultural values over the next few months. Each edition will also be archived and accessible in the employee iSolved.
JD Kalmenson CEO

Your input and ideas are important to us. Please share any clinical tips and other information you think our team could benefit from.

INTRODUCING MONTARE
To Ascend; To Climb the Mountain

We are excited to launch our new primary mental health brand!

After months of developing the name and identity of our behavioral health division, we have decided to move forward as Montare, a brand leader in mental health treatment services. We are thrilled for your participation in becoming an industry gold standard.

Derived from Latin, the word "montare" refers to the action of ascending or climbing. Through purposeful, individualized treatment and innovative clinical excellence, Montare Behavioral Health will support patients in their personal climb toward recovery and inner transformation, one meaningful step at a time.
