"I’ve been working with Onpoint for over a year now and I can say that the people that I have worked with, both onshore and offshore, are truly amazing. Pauline and I are such a great team. Handling emails, creating claims, and answering general inquiries for the customers are the things that we really focused on.


We owe it to our supervisors and most especially our colleagues in the US who keep on assisting us whenever we have questions. We do our best to meet the client's needs by doing our assigned tasks well."

"As part of the Onpoint team, we basically answer customers’ emails and register their units in their accounts as well as ask customers for information for their profiles and check if we can help troubleshoot their Opal ice makers. If the troubleshoot won't help and they are on warranty, we will process an exchange with us is available on phone is only for home warranties, we just get some information to make sure that once the office people are available, they will be able to callback customers regarding their inquiries. From what I saw from JPO accounts, it's like making claims but we take care of the customer's profiles and help with their issue, we also do calls (staying on available) for home warranties, while working on tickets. We don’t handle payments from clients. We don’t also use service power. We don’t take payments; we only handle warranties and exchanges or replacements.


On November 2022, it will be my 2nd year with Onpoint, I can say that the people that I work with have been very helpful and easy to approach. Overall, an excellent working environment, even though we only talk virtually and with the time difference from our shifts, they make sure that they can help us with our queries."

"I am Adrian but you can call me Ian. I Graduated last 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Education. I started my career as a CSR for a food delivery account based in Australia and New Zealand for 4 years. For that role, I usually receive calls from restaurant managers about payment disputes, refunds, and minor changes on their menu such as price updates. I always see the glass as half full because I believe that learning is a never-ending process. I have a Can Do attitude every time there is a new task for me. I always see it as an opportunity to learn and grow.


Joining JPO is a fantastic opportunity for me to have a job and an amazing career. I am lucky to be a part of a team where everyone's ideas and efforts are valued. I can say that after almost a month of working for JPO I made the right choice.
