Employee Spotlight: Ray Dworzanski

ARP welcomes Raymond "Ray" B. Dworzanski to the ARP Materials management team as our Customer Service Manager.

Ray has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Buffalo State College and over 20 years experience in different customer service roles. Ray's focus is on providing customers with the best experience possible. His work experience stems from such industries as energy at NRG/Integrys Energy and manufacturing at Saint Gobain. Ray's goal is to help customers with any problem they might have, big or small.

Who is Ray?

Ray is an ALL Buffalo guy! He is a loyal Bills and Sabres season ticket holder and an avid Bandits and UB Bulls basketball fan. Ray enjoys these activities with his wife Cindy and his son Zachary. Plus, we can not leave out his pesky beagle Winston, who we suspect is a Buffalo fan too! If you want to easily distract Ray just start talking about football or ask him about one of his numerous fantasy teams.

We appreciate Ray's enthusiasm as he joins the ARP team!

US Port Strike ends until January 2025

The tentative deal on wages has ended the strike, but only extends the current contract to Jan. 15. The two sides will continue to talk about other issues, such as the ports' use of automation that workers say will lead to job losses.

"The decision to end the current strike and allow the East and Gulf coast ports to reopen is good news for the nation’s economy," the National Retail Federation said in a statement. "The sooner they reach a (final) deal, the better for all American families." (Read the full article by Reuters)
